High Pressure Propane Cast Burners
We sell high quality cast iron propane
burners. If
your source of propane is directly from a propane bottle (tank) then you are
probably using HIGH PRESSURE and you can use a HIGH PRESSURE burner. This
will give you much higher heat output than a LOW PRESSURE burner. LOW
PRESSURE burners require natural gas (or a low pressure propane gas regulator
if your fuel source is a propane tank). Propane supplied in a trailer home or
RV normally has the propane gas already adjusted to a very low pressure at
the propane source. LOW PRESSURE burners give heat comparable to that of a
gas stove top burner in your kitchen. Preset LOW PRESSURE propane
regulators are set at 6 ounces. Natural gas pressure in most areas is
10 ounces and requires only a on/off valve to attenuate the flame. |

Cast
iron burners are the heart of any propane cooker. In every test we
conducted these high pressure propane cast iron burners out performed every other similar
propane cast burner we have tried. This is the highest quality,
highest performance, and the best looking cast iron propane burner we have ever
sold. It produces up to 160,000 BTU/hr and does so in an evenly directed
manner. Like the HPCAST6 and HPB6 units this propane cast burner comes
with a 3/8" flare fitting and an air shutter. We have also outfitted
these cast iron propane burners with our Insect Guard screen. Most outdoor
cooking appliances are usually stored in areas where small insects, such as
spiders and "dirt dobbers" set up housekeeping. These insects have an
annoying habit of building their nest inside small dark places, which
includes the inside of a cast iron burner. Any obstruction in the cast
causes a reduction in its performance and requires the propane cast burner to be
disassembled and cleaned. Our Insect Guard screen helps prevent this
problem. Optimum working distance from top of cast to bottom of heated
surface is 4 to 5". Diameter of burner head is 4".

cast burner unit, but has a longer 6" neck. The propane burner comes
with an air shutter and a 3/8" flare fitting. The bolt at the bottom
of the propane cast burner head is a large 10mm. An Insect Guard screen is
available as an optional extra. Optimum

Premium Cast Iron
Burner - Adjustable Length Neck
High pressure adjustable length two piece premium cast burner and venturi.
Our finest and most efficient high pressure cast burner and venturi design. The
distance between the burner head and venturi is determined by the length of
the 3/4" pipe nipple used. The pipe nipple is NOT included. Both the cast
burner and the venturi have 3/4" female normal pipe thread inlets. This
unique burner is ideal for applications where the venturi is best placed outside or
farther away from the confined area where the burner is installed. The pipe
run should be straight with no elbows. This cast
produces up to 160,000 BTU and is supplied with an air shutter, insect
screen guard, and 3/8" gas flare fitting.

Large Low Pressure Cast Iron Burner
The dimensions of this
larger low pressure cast burner are 10" diameter x 4 1/2" high x 15" long
and with 10" distance from the center of the burner to the air inlet (neck
length is therefore 5").
This heavy duty burner produces up to 100,000 BTU/hr and comes with mounting bolts on the outside ring.
