Single Burner Hot Plate The HP1H is for use with high pressure propane.  This hot plate features sturdy 1" angle iron legs, a large 15" x 15" angle iron table top with eight heavy duty spokes, a 4" diameter burner head, wind screen, and a 9" cooking height.  The HP1H works well for many cooking applications other than just turkey frying. An optional 8" high-model WG1 folding WIND guard is available for the model HP1 series hot plates.  The optional WING side table extensions also work with this outdoor hot plate.  We recommend the use of a COM#2 adjustable high pressure gas regulator with this series of hot plates.  The HP1H (for high pressure propane) will output a maximum of 160,000 btu/hr. It is also available with a 40,000 btu/hr low pressure burner which we can modify for low pressure propane or natural gas use, as shown below.   Choose your version at the right.  Both versions come standard with a Needle Control Valve on the burner.  Weight 18#.  Free shipping.

Dual Burner Hot Plate  This dual burner Hot Plate is normally outfitted with high pressure cast burners (160,000 btu/hr), as pictured at the right, but can also be ordered with 40,000 btu/hr low pressure cast burners or 40,000 btu/hr natural gas burners.  The dimensions are 14" x 28" x 9" tall.  This hot plate series uses the WG2 dual burner folding Wind Guard (pictured at right).  The convenient carrying handle in front also serves as added protection for the gas manifold and needle valve controls during transport.  We recommend use of a COM#1 high pressure gas regulator with this hot plate.  For low pressure propane we recommend use of a COM#5 preset regulator.  Natural gas version available by request at the same price.  A natural gas hose is not included in this price, but is available.   Weight 33#.   Free shipping.

Heavy Duty Steel Griddles A griddle is the perfect addition to our cooker stands or hot plates. Cook hamburgers, bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, tortillas, fajitas, steaks, pork chops, pancakes, or anything else that is cooked on a griddle. Griddles comes with removable grease trap for cleaning & storage. The grease trap has square ends and will stand on a flat surface. Three sizes are available.

Hot Plate with 10" diameter burner For use with low pressure propane.  We recommend use of a COM#5-UL low pressure gas regulator with the HP10L.  The natural gas version (HP10N) is also available.  Cooker is similar to above HP1 series hot plate but with the 10" diameter LPCAST10 low pressure burner.  This sturdy setup will output a maximum of 100,000 btu/hr.  The LPCAST10 burner is also pictured in the LC12 cooker at the bottom of this page. This Hot Plate comes standard with a Needle Control Valve as pictured on the single burner below.  Dimensions are 15.5" x 15.5" x 10"  Weight 33#.  Free shipping.

Low Pressure Cooker Unit   Low pressure cooker which works with low pressure propane (or natural gas by request).   The burner can produce up to 100,000 BTU/hr.   Sturdy base ringed by 1/2" tubing.  Dimensions are 16" wide x 12" tall.  We recommend use of a COM#5-UL low pressure gas regulator with this unit if the source of fuel is propane directly from a portable tank.  This cooker unit comes standard with a Needle Control Valve as pictured on the single burner below.  Weight 26#     Free shipping

Wind Guard - 8" high walls    For a Single Burner HP1 series hot plates or HP10 series hot plates choose a WG1 wind guard.  For a Double Burner HP2 choose a WG2 wind guard.  For a Triple Burner HP3 hot plate choose a WG3 wind guard.  These guards are made with 16 gauge sheet metal with a 1" angle iron support and is 8" tall.
