Crab Cooker This crab cooker is definitely NOT intended for normal home use.  It is a  low pressure propane (natural gas available by request) cooker that produces a serious 200,000 btu/hr heat output through a 20 nozzle brass jet cast iron burner, JETC20P which has a 1/2" NPT inlet. Dimensions of this professional cooker are 16"L  x 16"W x 18"H.   Will work with the OPTIONAL COM#2 assembly (high pressure adjustable regulator, POL propane tank fitting, and five foot hose). Pot pictured below not included.  A removable wind guard for the front of this burner is included. The cooker also comes with an 8" pipe nipple and gas hose adapter not shown in pictures below which extends from the burner ring.  Of course you don't have to use it only as a crab cooker, it works well for lots of cooking applications.  Distance from brass burner tip to bottom of pot is the optimum 16" -the  ideal distance  for jet cast iron burner rings.  Natural gas version available by request at no extra charge. Crab Cooker - The "MONSTER" burner.  This highly efficient outdoor burner is like no other high pressure cast burner.  It produces a directed heat very efficiently.  This is our own design as a result of continued customer requests for a two-part cast burner that would put out a lot of heat in an efficient manner. The burner head and venturi weigh 10#  without  the 1 1/4" connecting pipe nipple and it simply dwarfs all other conventional high pressure casts.  It outputs an amazing 225,000 btu/hr using an adjustable high pressure propane regulator like the COM2.  A removable wind guard for the front of this burner is included.  It is designed so that there is the optimum 5" distance between the burner and the bottom of the pot.  For propane use outdoors.  We recommend the OPTIONAL COM#2  adjustable (0-20 psi) regulator with five foot hose.  Dimensions are 16"L  x 16"W x 14.5"H.  Weight  65 #  Free Shipping.  Shown below with the removable wind guard installed.

Turkey Fryer Cooker For use with high pressure propane.  Turkey fryer features sturdy 1" angle iron legs, a large 15" x 15" angle iron table top with eight heavy duty spokes, a 4" diameter burner head, wind screen, and a 9" cooking height.  Turkey fryer works well for many cooking applications other than turkey frying. Two heights (8" high-model WGTT or 16" high model WGTC) of an optional folding WIND guard are available for the model TC01H.  The optional WING side table extensions also work with this model outdoor cooker.  We recommend the use of a COM#2 adjustable high pressure gas regulator with this unit.  This unit will output a maximum of 160,000 btu/hr. Turkey Fryer Cooker  For use with low pressure propane.  We recommend use of a COM#5-UL low pressure gas regulator with this unit.  Natural gas version available by request at no extra charge.  Cooker is similar to above TCO1H but with the LPCAST10 low pressure burner.  This sturdy setup will output a maximum of 100,000 btu/hr.  The recovery time in reheating the oil is twice as long compared to the high pressure burner above.  The LPCAST10 burner is pictured in the LC12 cooker at the bottom of this page.   Weight 36#.  Free shipping.   Optional folding wind guard shown below:
